Postpartum diet
After giving birth, mothers should eat a healthy diet that covers all five food groups to provide the body with the nutrients needed to recover and produce breast milk for the baby. Mothers should focus on foods that are high in protein, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Examples of foods that mothers should eat after giving birth include:
Protein: Meat, fish, eggs, tofu, milk
Vitamins and minerals: Green leafy vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, whole grains
Fiber: Vegetables, fruits, whole grains
In addition, mothers should avoid spicy food, fried food, fatty food, and alcoholic beverages as they can be harmful to health.

Clear soup with minced pork and tofu
Turmeric chicken
Vegetable omelet
Brown rice stir-fried with vegetables
Fresh fruit
Mothers should eat three meals a day and snacks in between meals to avoid energy deficiency.
